Novice Garage disposal replacer here.

My old one has an electrical cable which easily plugs into a wall socket under the sink. My new one on the RIGHT...no cable. Can i remove the cable from the old one on LEFT? If so, i could use some instruction. Ty in advance for all who take time.

Yes just swap them over.
You should be able to disconnect the wire nuts and green ground wire through that square hole. The thick rubber cable looks like it will twist / turn and come out.

try to pop off the metal cover by removing the screws, you should be able to remove the wires and swap them over to the new one.
