Noisy pipes that is getting worse and water pressure that is odd to say the least!

I have a home that has a grage that has been converted into an apartment. the pipes have been getting louder and louder and is now to a point I want to rip them out of the wall!!! but the pipes onley make noise on his side of the house! Now on the maine side of the house pipes make no noise, but the water pressure in the sink in the bath room could blow the hair off a cat but 2 feet away in the shower no matter what kind of shower head u use, the water pressure is like getting rained on! so i have read that it could be the back pressure in the line and to turn it down at the tap but if i do that than what's going to happen in the shower?

opon the tenant getting home and asking some questions it is only the hot water in his kitchen that make the pipes shake!

buy a water pressure gauge and test the water pressure at a hose faucet. you may have high water pressure and you may have some pipes that need to be fastened.
