Question

no ductwork needed to install a wall fan ?


can anyone please explain what they mean by "No ductwork is needed to install this fan" ? it looks like ducting would be needed to take the exhaust from the kitchen outside.

Its mounted in wall:

oh, i see but if the wall is not against an outside wall, then naturally it needs ducting. DUH !!
