No cold water

Hi and welcome to the forum. Do you have pictures of the unit you installed?

It's likely something simple.

No cold water

Sometimes sediment or a small pebble or a blob of solder finds its way into the wate line and lodges in a faucet.

Most often what i've found, especially with new shower valves is that the pressure balance spool is stuck. Please post a picture of the valve for further instruction.
