no cold water


I have a single handle bathroom faucet in my bathroom sink. i have checked all my valves and they are on, i took apart the shut off valve at my sink with out turning the water off anywhere else and nothing came out at all!! i have cold water to my toilet and to my bathtub but not to my sink, i have hot water at my sink, but thats it.

Turn off the house water supply and remove the valve. Sounds like something is clogging it. Hopefully, it is a compression valve and you can easily remove it for inspection.
