Nicked pex with drill, do I need to redo this connection?

Just a tiny little nic, that pex also has a black liner inside, some kind of rubber membrane I think, I only nicked maybe half way through the plastic. Should I cut and redo this connection? I don't want to add a joiner if I don't have to, especially given this is near the electrical panel, but if there is a risk of that nic eventually leaking then I'm better off doing it... what do you think?
