New water heater supply lines electrolysis proof?

I've heard the new flex water lines for water heaters have plastic liners and are proof against electrolysis. Is this true?

Thanks

What makes you believe that it is happening with PEX, CPVC, PVC? Electrolosis can only happen between two metals with differing dielectric properties.

The lines are traditional flexible copper, but you can see some plastic lining inside.

So, How or where did you hear that electrolysis can happen in Pex? Do you even know what electrolysis is?

The local plumber shop said they work well. Just double checking with you guys.
