New Toilets get plugged up?

I have replaced three toilets this year with new Kohler models. Each of them has gotten plugged up several times. I have even removed two of them to verify that they were installed ok and that there was no blockage.

Is this happening because of the new low-flow design? and if so any suggestions on a fix. I think I rember seeing some internal product that supposedly improves the pumping action, do these work?

Any help here would be appreciated.

I hate low flow toilets. It's not an uncommon problem and I've heard they are re-thinking the whole low flow idea as people are using more water by flushing them 5 times to get the job done. I have no advise and I feel your pain.

American standard champion toilets ROCK!!! I can take the biggest crap use the whole roll of toilet paper and it still flushes the first time. also refills fast and quietly. I'll never install anything else
