New pictures of the temp fix

I want to thank Bob and others for helping me get going on this fix. I was in the middle of ripping out the other bathroom so i had to do something quick to get the toilet going in the other bathroom .

Iam gonna throw some tile down in just a few , i mounted the new iron flange to the backboard rather then try to get in on top on new tile . In the pic you can see i think the height will be ok . Should i put a small level on it , and keep it striaght as i can ?

I need to put the mesh tape on and wanted to know do i fill the space where the new backboard is down and put the mesh tape on ?

Anyways heres a couple pics , in probally 3 months i'll be redoing the whole bathroom after the other is done and i get some more money saved . The cast iron plumping stuff will be replaced under the house in the fix also .

If the toilet is facing the photographer in the first picture the flange is mounted almost a quarter turn off.
