new construction - dwv tub/toilet question

Hi everyone,

I have a new construction and want to double-check the current setup of a second story tub/shower/sink combo. The layout has the tub on the opposite wall but inline with the toilet so here is what I did initially from left to right ...

2" P-Trap - 2" pipe - 2" to 3" adapter - 3" pipe - 3" horizontal sanitary tee (up for 3" toilet) - 3" pipe - 3" vertical sanitary tee (up for for 3" vent and down for 3" waste).

Distance from the tub drain to the vent is 7 feet.

Is it permissable to run inline horizontally from the tub to the toilet before the vent?

A better solution?
