New Bathroom Price

I have the opportunity to remodel a bathroom after the customer had seen my quality work, but I dont want to short change myself with the cost. Here is a breakdown:

5x8 bathroom, full gut job, rotted drywall throughout, Will be replacing with durock, I will be also be replacing a new cast iron tub, new toilet, vanity, sink, tiling full shower to ceiling and half wall around bathroom, grout, sealing the grout, installing new plumbing, gfci receptacles, lighting, porcelain corner shelves, the whole shabang!

I was then asked to construct a pass thru bar opening around 4x7 feet from the kitchen to the living room. Then remove exterior sliding doors and intall with exterior french doors, and also replace the main front door and sidelight while they have me. One more thing reocate water heater in garage to make room for wall to be pushed back a few feet to allow a refridgerator to slide in to sit flush with the existing wall.....

I only need labor price, I will be delivering everything. I was thinking 7000

Thanks guys.

How long will this take you, mutiply that by your hourly rate, there is your labor cost.

If that is what you come up with, then that is what it will be.

You need to calculate your own numbers and start from there. using someone elses numbers is a sure way to go bankrupt.

Try this as a primer.
