New bathroom install

I'm currently in the process of adding a two piece bathroom in my basement. I had the waste pipe rough in done by a plumber and plan on finishing the rest myself.

The plumber left me about 8 inches if pipe for my sink. This pipe is in the wall right now. From there I plan to add a T where one side will come through the wall to my vanity, and the other will go up to a cheater valve. My first question is how high into the wall should the cheater valve be?

My second question is how high should the stub coming through the wall be at? Or is this mainly based on the dimension of my vanity?

I also plan on running water lines. For this, am I ok to run a line down the wall between both my toilet and vanity, then go from a T with one side going to the toilet and the other going to the vanity? or am I better coming down on the one side then going to the toilet then to vanity? or the other way?

Studors need to breath so they're best installed in side the vanity, after the ptrap. Run it as high as possible in the cabinet.
The lav stub out is at 19" for a convention style sink bowl and counter height.
You can 1/2" water to the fixtures in which ever order you want.

center- its the assumed point of reference when dealing with pipes.
The waters are 4" each side of the waste stub and 2" above or below it.
The toilet is 6" above the floor and 6" to the left of toilet flange. Again, these are center of pipe measurements and are not set in stone. You can of course vary some. Just kind of industry standard

The plumbing is all done. Thanks again for the help. I installed the Studor valve in the wall, approximately 5 feet high. I have a question about soundproofing and I figured I'd ask here rather than starting a new thread:

I'm putting Roxul in the wall as soundproofing. The Studor valve is right next to a stud. The next stud is 16 inches from that one on center. Should I leave this cavity void or can I put some soundproofing around the valve? Can I soundproof up to the valve and leave the rest?

You can't make the AAV inaccessible by burying it behind drywall. So, assuming you have used a box like the one shown here:

Moving bathroom rough-in

you can insulate right up to to the box. The box has louvers so the AAV can breathe room air.
