Need some quick help...vent ?

Ok, in opening up the floor I found I can't run a waste line the way I'd like due to the width in the joist space.

Wondering if I can use the following product (setup as pictured) off of my toilet flange and then use the 2" section (pictured out the back) as a wet vent from a single lav.

2" is the next size up for the lav and the distance is within code for wet venting. Just not sure this elbow is 'ok' to use off the toilet.

not in my code book. you can use a 3x2 wye right after the 90 and run the 2" vent right alongside of the 3" and pass with my inspectors though. just make sure the wye enters the 3" above the centerline of the pipe

Ok thanks.

What I was planning on doing is installing the fitting so the 2" inlet/vent enters on the side and turned up slightly so I have the correct pitch going into the main 3" line. I was not planning on running the 2" inlet on the top like a normal vent installation...since this is also a drain.

yep that should work. after the wye use a 45 to bring it in line where you want it and to set your grade, then use a long sweep 90 to go vertical where you want it to. set it close to the lav and you should be in great shape
