Need a new well pump?

For the last month or more we have had issues with water pressure from our dug well. The water pressure flows from strong to medium, strong to medium. While the flow rater continues to change the pump's pressure gauge "clicks" (literally makes a clicking noise) from about 55 pounds of pressure to 30/40 pounds of pressure. The weirdest issue is that sometimes the washing machine doesn't get enough water to it to fill up and it will even stop during the fill up cycle because the water doesn't flow to it. The washing machine is also farthest from the well and well tank.

We have replaced the electrical switch box at the tank to see if that would fix it. It did not.

Info on well: Its old and dug. The well pump is submerged.

What is next to fix this issue???!!! Any advice is APPRECIATED!
