Need help with installing a drain

4 yrs ago when I had my house built I had them rough in a drain for my bar.
Its a T that has a 2 inch pipe going into the floor then a 1-1/2 inch pipe tapped off to the right and capped for my future bar and another 1-1/2 pipe straiight up for venting.

My plans have changed and my question is. I want put my bar in AND INSTALL A LAUNDRY TUB ON THE OPPOSITE SIDE ABOUT 8 FOOT OVER.

1. Can I cut out the existing T .. install a 2inch to 1-1/2 reducer then install a 1-1/2 inch cross... 1 line to the bar 1 line to the laundry tub (8 foot over) 1 line for the vent?
2.What is the required DROP over 8 feet?
3. Is there a requred distance that I must keep the CROSS off the floor... I was planning on having it about 8 inches off the floor.

Thanks

UPC code, my code says no you can't do that, you would need a new drain line for that laundry tub, don't ask me why, thats what it says.

Drop is 1/4" per ft.

Laundry tub tee off the floor 8" to 10" will be good, if it's a deep tub.
