Need Help Installing a Bathtub In Basement (1st Timer)

I am finishing my basement and want to install a bathub. I only have a rough in for the toilet. I was wondering if I could build a frame for the bathtub raising it up so I do not have to dig up the concrete. Can i just run the drain pipe under the tub and tie it into my main drain? I will be doing all of this myself and this is my first time so any help anyone could offer would be greatly appreciated

You will need to break the concrete. pictures of your rough would help us see what you have.

Need Help Installing a Bathtub In Basement (1st Timer)

Here is what I have (see pic attached). I was hoping there would be a way to do this without breaking the concrete but it does not look like that is going to happen. I heard it is not that hard and I have pipe experience so i guess this could be a DIY project.

I dodn't see the toilet rough unless that red dot is a plug on the pipe. You will need to break the concrete no if ands or butts. then you will need to connect into the 3" but keep in mind you also need to vent the tub too, So you will need to tie a vent in the tub line below the concrete and bring that up and tie it to a vent. Not much else i can say not being there looking at it.

Yes, the dot is a plug for the toilet rough in. Thanks for your help. One more thing, on the 3" drain pipe on the right, what is the black thing half way up w/ the bolt on it? I have asked a couple of people and they have no idea what it is or why it would be there.
