Need help with drain instolation on a dual kitchen sink

I am trying to install new drains for my double sided kitchen sink but I still have water that continues to leak out around the bottom of my drains where the black rubber seal is that is flush with the under side of the sink. Any advise and or help to what I am doing wrong? I do have plumbers putty that is around the sink on the upper side of the drain.

Your putty is not sealing take it apart and make a snake out of the putty and wrap it on the underside of the stopper. Make sure when you push that into the hole that the putty is actually getting squashed out... Also do not move it as you tighten the bottom to the sink...
