Need to fix this shower valve

I have been doing some finish work for this client and their shower sprung a leak and they want me to take care of it. I have done quite a bit of toilet setting and sweating copper etc and wondering if I can not bother my plumber on this one and deal with it myself? Luckily I can access it from the other side after removing the drywall.

Will I need to replace the whole thing or is the part that is spraying water in the photo easily replaceable?
