natural gas lines in cooper?

after a trip to the local home improvement store ( Lowes ), calculating the cost to adapt shut off valves, traps, flex lines & reflareing cooper it is going to cost less to replace in black iron. especialy after finding out they will cut & thread exact lenghts at no extra charge. and also found out my gas company requires the changes, if i were to replace any of the current units. once again thanks!!!!

natural gas lines in cooper?

I kinda figured that would be the result. What really surprises me is that when gas service was run to the house, that they did not do a piping test before turning on the meter.

If you have never made a mistake, you haven't done much.
