Nanomax 3 R.O. filter

I am about to install my RO in my basement.
THIS is a link to their website.
I am buying this filter mainly for my vivariums room, so my misting system can be clog free, almost pure water for my animals. So I think this might be perfect for me right? I paid 70$CAN for it!
So yeah, I just wanted to know if anyone ever had experience with this filter?
What I want to do is pretty simple: I will turn my main water valve off, then cut the tubing, insert a T and another valve to control the flow of the filter. The water coming out of the filter will be poured into a plastic tub, which will also have an overflow near the top, that will be able to go into my house drain, along with the waste water of the filter.

Does this makes sense?
Sorry for my bad english!
Thanks in advance
