my laundry basin takes 2 hours to drain

The washer drains directly into the basins drain pipe. not into the basin tub, so while the washer is emptying its full volume of water it fills the basin tub coming up through the basins drain. the water collected in the basin tub then takes around two hours to fully drain. This makes it impossible to start another load of laundry until it drains completely. There is not a particle catch from the washer to the drain. What should I do. Is my entire drain setup wrong. I would like suggestions for a proper setup.

Ayuh,... By cleaning out the Drain,..??

Pull the trap, 'n Clean it...
If that ain't the problem, snake out the rest of the lines...

I agree with Bondo. If it still drains slow, check the venting.
