I currently run a four-way hose splitter to run water throughout the areas that I need it. It seems that once a year, I come home to that splitter, regardless if I bought the "heavy-duty" one, having blasted off of the hose bib and water has been running into the yard for hours.
I know, turn it off every day. Well, it doesn't happen and I'd love ideas.
Two of the hoses I run are RV type for potable water and two are for watering the yard. What are people doing in this situation. Keep in mind that the splitter does get taken down every fall to prevent freezing and the bib is turned off inside the house.
Get a solid brass splitter, I doubt they will blow off.
Or install 4 separate hose bibs.
Precisely what blew, actually. The ring on the top always goes where it connects.
The four bibs is what I'm leaning towards but wanted some other ideas or ways to set this up. Thanks!!!
