Moving toilet

I want to move my toilet about 3 feet from where it is now.It is connected to a 4" drain/vent that goes up to roof. Is the code 6' or less to a vent because I will be at 4' from the vent stack.

Thanks for the help

Slope the closet bend 1/4" per linear foot toward the stack, and it should be fine. I'm not a pro plumber, but I think that 5' is the distance.
Double-check with your Building Inspector for local code, permit and inspection requirements.
Good Luck!
