Moving Kitchen Sink to Adjacent Wall

My kitchen layout currently looks similar to this diagram:

Behind the kitchen sink (in the bathroom) is the main vent stack for the house.

I would like to move the kitchen sink to the adjacent wall where the stove is but I am not sure how I would tie back into the vent or drain.

Is this even worth the hassle?

If you've got a crawl space & attic, it's be easy. If you're on a slab & vaulted ceilings, not so much.

Do you know if the "stove wall" is an exterior or load bearing wall?

Should I make a new vent above the new kitchen sink?

If you choose to move that you either have a lot of holes to drill through the exterior studs--or some concrete to break up.

I like to break open a floor--so my first impulse would be to open the floor for the sink drain---the vent will be easy enough to get up into the attic and tie in to the existing vent.

by any chance, is there a dishwasher on that "stove wall"?

if yes, you can probably swap it with a kitchen sink.

otherwise, i don't think it is worth the hassle.
