moving bath tub drain

we just bought a house that is 12 yrs old. The owner didnt op for the upgraded master bathroom. There is an empty closet next to it that isnt load bearing and we want to extend the bathroom. We would like to put in a garden tub WITHOUT jets, but i am concerned about moving the drain. What are my options?
