Move vent pipe and re-plumb fixtures

Hello,
I am getting ready to re-plumb the bathroom in my parents house. I moved the wall that had the stack in it 20" so they could maneuver this very small bathroom better as they are having a tough time getting around in the older years.
The plumbing is very old and still cast iron for the main drain.
I have attached a sketch of what I am considering and have a couple of questions and am hoping for input on this.
The only thing that I have changed in this diagram as to what is current and is working is that I am going to have a horizontal run in the vent stack and plan on moving the tee for the vent stack closer to the tub drain.
Actually all of the fixtures are currently within or very close to 5' of the vent stack.
What kind of tee's will be needed(sanitary or other?) for the areas I have highlighted?
Will this work ok?

This house is a partial basement and partial crawl space. That is why it appears the washing machine is in the dirt. It is actually in the partial basement and this plumbing is in the crawl space.
