Moisture On Toilet Bowl Grout

I have some moisture at the bottom of the toilet bowl on the grout line. Can I assume the wax ring needs replacing?

Yes you can assume it's the seal on the toilet, replace it as soon as you can.

Thanks, I will. My plumber is coming over this weekend to do some minor repairs. I'll add it to the list.
