moen valve cartridge removal

pipeguy Member   Join Date: Nov 2004 Posts: 160	moen valve cartridge removal I've followed the manufacturer's instructions for removal of the cartridge. I can't pull it out. Am I forgetting something? I've done this once before without incident. Do I just need to pull harder?
