medallist water softener
I have a Culligan Medallist Water softener and there appeared a code E1 (motor will not stop turning) on the screen. Also it was regenerating (water was flowing into it when it was not supposed to be doing this) nonstop. What should I look for or do?

medallist water softener
Error code "E1" occurs when the circuit board detects changes in the motor
program switch when the motor is not supposed to be turning. The phone icon and "E1" will be lit in the display. Could be some thing on the board , or it could be the micro switch on the white cam.. Any chance of a photo as to the valve that Culligan used for your unit? |
