Low water pressure on Kitchen faucet

I have a Taymor Kitchen faucet with the pull out sprayer (the faucet is also the sprayer). All a sudden, the water flow becomes very slow. I put a bucket under the sink and disconnected the sprayer hose. Water seems to come out OK. The bucket filled quickly when I turn on the water ( hot or cold or mix). I suspect that the problem is with the sprayer or the hose. I then reconnect the hose and disconnect the sprayer. Flow is slow when I turned on the water. This means that the problem is with the hose.

With the sprayer disconnected, I can see the end of the hose connecting to the sprayer is like an empty hole. However the end connecting to the faucet has something like a white plastic plug inside. It seems that the plug can move in and out slightly inside the hose. Is that some kind of valve or flow restrictor ? if it is, can I remove it ? When I say remove, it think I probably has to use a drill to drill throught it. It seems to be an integrated part of the hose. I like to get some advice before I take this action. Any other suggestion will be greatly appreciated.

Low water pressure on Kitchen faucet

There is a aerator screen, just like any faucet. That may be clogged, or the sprayer head it self is faulty. Replacements are usually available at big box stores, or plumbing supply stores that specialize in that brand..

I removed the entire sprayer head. So it is just the sprayer hose connecting to the faucet water source. The screen in the sprayer head is not in the picture.
