Low water pressure in house

the water pressure is pretty low in my house. not so low that i can't use something but low enough to annoy me.

the main water valve in the yard is wide opened and all valves in the house are wide open. i don't know how big of a pipe i have leading into the house.
I have already put the pressure increasing faucet fixtures in but that didn't really do much.

is there anything i can do to increase water pressure in the house.
