Low Pressure from Shower

I had to replace my water heater a few days ago. After installation, my shower would barely trickle out. I am on a well with no filtering system. I replaced the old shower head and after installing the new one I still didn't have very good water pressure. I suspect the plumber may have messed up my Delta 1 piece handle by overturning it when he was testing after turning the water back on. What should I look for when removing the Delta handle? I'm thinking that it has gotten out of line or something. Please advise.

Low Pressure from Shower

Call the plumber back out, if he touched the fixture while there, he should make sure it operates properly before he left.

Fix it right the first time, so you won't have to fix it a 2nd time.
