Low pressure on hot water but only in one bathroom?

I just bought a foreclosed house and while getting it inspected we noticed that the 2nd bathroom had low pressure on hot water, (on both sinks and bath tub) but the rest of the house is just fine? The master bath, kitchen, washing machine and half bath all have great hot water pressure?
