Low hot water pressure in kitchen only

House was replumbed with copper pipes within the last ten years. Kitchen has sink faucet and dishwasher, both with low pressure. I replaced the shut off valves and the flex line to the dishwasher. (I also replaced the water inlet valve in the dishwasher and made sure the impeller wasn't clogged.) Took the faucet spray handle apart; no obvious clogging. If I remove the entire handle the pressure improves a little. So I'm assuming the problem is a clog in the pipes. Is there a way to flush them?

Ayuh,... Which Handle,..??

While it's possible you have clogged pipes,...
I would sooner think it's 1 of the fixtures....

Plugged copper lines in only 10 years would be some Nasty azz water....

Check the aireator. There is a water saving washer in there. Throw it away, Another culprit is if the sink is fed off a 1/2" tee then that will reduce pressure too. All fixtures should be fed from a 3/4" line only.

1/2" pipe is right.take off supply line and open angle stop and check pressure with a 5 gal. pucket if pressuse is good it is your faucet.did you always have this proble.....need more info, to fix your promble.NO stub out to a to plumbing is 3/4" only the main feed is.why you think all angle stop are made 1/2" ?

What I mean is it is code here that all 1/2" lines to any fixture must tie directly into a 3/4" main or larger. Of course the stub out is 1/2".

Thank you all for your help. I resolved the problem, which was, indeed, something wrong with the spray arm. This is a Price Pfister one handle faucet with a pull out spout/spray arm, several years old. I contacted Price Pf for assistance, not really expecting any, but instead they told me it was still under warranty (though I never registered it) and sent me a new one for free. In five days. I took the time to write this in case other people experience a similar problem with these faucets, and because I was amazed by their customer service.
