Low hot water pressure- Kitchen only

Ok, don't force it. you don't want to break it. lets start this over. put the nut back on. do you have copper pipes or steel pipes? and this is only on the hot side correct?

Well, I would check to see if the pressure is poor at the supply tube. if it is i would shutoff teh main water to the house and open the lowest faucets in the hose to drain it down then romove the stem from the shutoff under the sink. the nut just behing the handle. you can see it in the picture, the washer should be on the end. if it is not it is jammed in the valve. just remove it. of course you would need a new valve then. I have to call it a night. I will check back with you tomorrow.

I have made no attempts to solve the issue since last night.
Just got home from work 8pm local.
I'm leaning towards hiring a proffesional.
