Low hot water pressure

Hello i lost hot water pressure in my whole house. I have a EFM electric oil furnace. I did change the hot water coil last year and it was working fine. I also checked the valves and they are all open. Can anyone help me narrow down the problem. When i turn on the hot water i get some steam and then very little water.

My first guess is that the mixing valve is probably clogged with scale. When you replaced the coil, you may have disturbed the coating of scale/sediment/rust etc lining the inside of the pipes which could've clogged the mixing valve. You may also need to unclog some hot stems/valvets at the sink faucets and some aerators as well.
