Low Heel Inlet OK for drain?

I am plumbing up my remodel, and I'm connecting a shower stall, lavatory sink, and toilet to one drain line. The distances between the shower and the lav and the toilet and the lav are such that I can use a wet vent from the lav for both.

As they are pretty much in line, one idea I had was to tie the 2" drain from the sink & shower into the 3" toilet drain using a 3" 1/4 bend with a low hub inlet. Is this ok? In all the books etc, I've only seen the low hub bend used to tie in a vent line.

It's easier to understand from a picture - see attached file. The line coming in from the left is from the shower (with the trap shown) and the lavatory. You can see the 3" bend with 2" low hub inlet on the far right.

Any advice would be helpful!

Thanks!!!
Simon

Dont use the low heel 90, its not code anyways. Just put in a wye after the toilet and tie in the 2" there.

The wye should also be tipped up 45, not flat. Do you have a vent?
