Low Flush Toilet - Water Running ?

I recently had a new low flush toilet installed. Every couple of hours it sounds like the water is running in the tank. This only happens for about 5 seconds. Any idea what is causing it?

Low Flush Toilet - Water Running ?

The flapper or lower tank ball is not sealing well enough and the toilet tank is slowly losing water down to the bowl. Then the float or upper ball drops enough for the tank to be refilled (topped off).

Forget super sized fries. The Washington Redskins could promote healthy eating with First Lady Obama by choosing a (red skinned) turnip for a mascot.
