may have a bad pressure regulator...need to see meter area to tell if you even have regulator...

Are you on city water or do you have your own well, pump, and pressure tank?

What makes you think you have low pressure? Can you post an example?

my guess you have a pressure regulator that is bad.....do you have a shut off valve for the whole house...

Is your problem only on one particular faucet or on all cold water faucets including the hose bibs outside?

I believe the only regulator is at the meter and it is shared by all in the mobile home park and only I have the problem no one else has complained and yes it is all the cold water outlets

The "low cold water pressure" subject is probably misleading. If all cold water faucets are affected, then all hot water faucets are probably affected also.

1. It could be a bad pressure reducing valve (aka pressure regulator) as others have suggested.
2. It could be a bad backflow preventer check valve if the city installed one. Call the city and ask them if they installed one.

Both items above would be unique to your home only.

3. Also verify that the shutoff valve on the main water line coming into your home is fully open. You could have two shutoff valves. One right at the city's water meter and one where the water enters your home. Open a couple of faucets in your home and then close and open the valve(s) on the main water line to try to clear them of any debris just in case.
