Looking for recommendations on updating laundry sink faucet

I have similar insulation. When I originally plumbed my util sink I slit the insulation and peeled it back to get access to run the copper pipes and to do the soldering. Then used aluminum HVAC tape to put it back together when done. Also use your torch flame protection pads near any wood or pvc...

Live long and prosper.
