The whole things a giant mess. The Developer in the 70's had our lot marked as un-buildable and then someone came in and built.
The topography makes it impossible for anyone to get heavy equipment in there. At least not through the deck. So if I can show them that even if they have to replace the whole line there's still room for their ditchbox to sit I think we could make some progress.
If I ask them, do they have to come out and mark the line as part of OneCall?
