lo-heel 90 question

can i use a 3" lo heel 90 with a 2 inch opening on the back for a toliet? and use the 2" for the vent. I thought you could not do that with a toliet but i want to check because the fitting would work perfect in my situation. I am in illinois by the way.

In my area the vent must come off the top, not the back

Agree with all of what's said above, aside from the fact that you'd more than likely end up with toilet waste in the vent using it in the orientation you're intending.
