I'd never heard of this particular product before but according to this link, http://www.sashco.com/hi/pdfs/Lexel_Brochure.pdf, you clean it up using mineral spirits, paint thinner or citrus-based cleaners.
You're probably going to have to give it a good soaking, 1-2 hours, and then scrape it up using a fine edged scraper (razor blade or putty knife). Remember to wear gloves and have good ventilation in the room if using paint thinner or mineral spirits.
