Default Leaky outside spicket!
I have a spigot on the outside of my house that is leaking pretty bad and it appears to be through the handle. Tried tightening the knob and still leaks.
Is there an o ring inside the handle itself or is it just an old spigot that needs replaced.

Try tightening up the packing nut benide the handle. if that don't work then replace it.
