Leaky jazucci tub faucet.
Why can't you remove the stem? Isn't the nut under the stem the cap nut?
If you remove that and repack the stem you should be good.---Mike---

Leaky jazucci tub faucet.
It would help if you detailed the cause of the leak. If the cause is the stem, what's the issue?

Leaky jazucci tub faucet.
Remove the small nut first, then the larger nut under it.
Leave the bottom nut alone. You need to turn off the water to the tub before you touch the nuts. Then open each faucet to relieve the pressure. If the stems have ceramic washers, you will probably need to replace the whole stem. If any of these words you don't understand, call a plumber.

Leaky jazucci tub faucet.
take the first nut off. this should get you to the packing. If the water is comming from their. Which i belive you said it is leaking from the faucet than the packing is not the problum. I belive the 2nd nut will let you take the stem out. On the bottom is probly a black rubber like a washer but it is held on by a brass screw which will probly break whan you try and take it off. So be carful . If it break's off you can drill it out. If this doesn't happen than get the right rubber washer and put it back. Probly will not have to replace the hole stem unless you want to. If you can find the exact one?? What i would do is replace the packing in the top nut just to make all like new?? good luck
