leaky base


i bought house with elger toilet last yr, toilet leaks, called plumber he put flange and wax ring and new bolts and everything and it still leaks around base. is elger toilet sealed? why is it leaking and where would water come from to end on floor?

It's common to have to go back and have to snug up the bolts again once the toilets been used a few day and set the wax ring. Just sit on the toilet and see if it wiggles, if it does simply give the nuts a turn or two.
A blocked up drain can also cause it to leak.
