weve just had a new boiler fitted and the floor had to come up for the pipework in the bathroom so we had to remove the loo and sink, no probs there, but weve bought a new multiquick and flushcone as these were leaking on the loo previously, so ive come to fit the loo back and the multiquick waste is fine but the flushcone isnt, when i flush the loo water is pouring out from the top of the loo where the pipe and flushcone connect any one got and ideas on what to do??
hi thanks for the reply, i forgot to mention previous we have a old fashioned high cistern loo with a long flushpipe, i hope this sheds some light, the flushcone is the plastic or rubber tube that goes over the end of the flushpipe and into the toilet its supposed to stop water leaking from the pipe when you flush but its not at the moment!!i have a friend whos a gas fitter coming today after much bribery!! hopefully hell fix it but thanks for the help.
