This master bedroom sink is 5 years old. Thought I had lost an earring down the drain so took off the plumping joints to look for it. Put everything back together and now the top part plumbing leaks. This was above the black rubber seal. Took it apart again and noticed a wider tear at the top of the drain hole that seems to be attached to the first part of the plumbing from the top of the sink. There was a tear here before I started without the leak, now it is bigger, due to me twisting it most likely. Tried to upload pictures, but couldn't get them to upload.
Do I need to buy a whole new sink just to fix this?
