Leaking Rohl pullout kitchen faucet

My Rohl kitchen faucet is about 8 years old but is now leaking. I have no paperwork on it. I need to locate instructions on how to disassemble it and replace warn parts etc. Many faucets have some sort of starting point such as an allen screw or something, but this faucet has zero. I checked the Rohl website and the faucet is there but no diagrams to help. any other places to look before I spend the big bucks for a plumber?

Re: Leaking Rohl pullout kitchen faucet

after looking at instructions..have to remove cartridge clamp nut...looks like the part that has the hole in it....is there another hole on the otherside of that brass washer on top of cartridge...if so have to unscrew it ..

Re: Leaking Rohl pullout kitchen faucet

Thanks for help. There is another symetrical hole on the other side. However, after inspection it appears that portion (which looks like a brass ring holding the cartridge down) is actually connected (or a least looks to be connected) to main piece. I have turned the main piece as hard as a can and can't seem to get it to turn. Not even sure it does turn. Those holes have to be there for a reason. I wonder if there is key or something?

it really looks as though that ring has to come off to remove cartridge...maybe stick needle nose pliers in holes and try to turn..remember righty tighty lefty lucy...
