Leaking Pipe

Can someone please help me. I have a pipe that is leaking behinde a wall into my utility room. But the pipe is behinde my kitchen cabinets and my bathroom wall. Is there anyway I can detect this leak without tearing up my cabinets and my walls.

Are your kitchen and bath back to back, and where is the utility room in proximity to these two rooms? Ultimately you are going to have to tear out a wall to get to the pipes to fix them, so I would suggest finding the least burdensome place to make an entry to see what you have to deal with. Also are you dealing with a concrete slab or pier and beam house?
